Seller Guidelines

These Seller Guidelines explain operational expectations, listing standards, marketplace practices, licensing expectations, and participation requirements for vendors operating within the Tacticool Art marketplace.

These guidelines operate alongside the Vendor Agreement, marketplace licensing framework, and related platform policies.

Marketplace Standards

Tacticool Art aims to maintain a professional marketplace environment built on originality, licensing clarity, commercial usability, buyer trust, and marketplace integrity.

Vendors are expected to support these standards throughout their marketplace participation.

Original Work Requirements

Products submitted to the marketplace should be original, authorized, or otherwise legally eligible for distribution.

Vendors should only upload products that they own, control, or possess sufficient rights to distribute under the applicable marketplace licensing framework.

Unauthorized, infringing, misleading, deceptive, or unlawful submissions are not permitted.

Product Quality Expectations

Products should meet reasonable marketplace quality expectations.

Examples may include:

  • Clear Artwork Presentation
  • Usable Digital Files
  • Accurate Product Information
  • Reasonable Commercial Readiness
  • Professional Listing Quality
  • Appropriate Marketplace Fit

Tacticool Art may review product quality, marketplace suitability, or related submission considerations.

Product Information & Listings

Vendors are responsible for maintaining accurate product details.

Listings should reasonably reflect:

  • Product Content
  • Product Category
  • License Selection
  • Pricing Information
  • File Information
  • Usage Expectations
  • Marketplace Representations

Misleading, inaccurate, confusing, or deceptive listing practices should be avoided.

  • Commercial License
  • Exclusive Commercial License
  • Related Marketplace Licensing Structures

Improper licensing selections, misleading categorization, or inaccurate exclusivity claims may be subject to review.

Exclusive Listing Standards

Exclusive products carry additional seller responsibilities.

Vendors listing Exclusive products are expected to ensure that the applicable product:

  • has not previously been sold as Exclusive to another party;
  • is not knowingly subject to conflicting Exclusive availability;
  • is not simultaneously offered under conflicting Exclusive rights elsewhere;
  • will not be duplicated, relicensed, resold, or privately transferred in violation of marketplace rules.

Exclusive integrity is considered an important marketplace trust standard.

Commercial Use Awareness

Products distributed through Tacticool Art operate within a commercial licensing ecosystem.

Vendors should understand that marketplace products may be commercially deployed by buyers according to the applicable license framework.

Product submissions, categories, descriptions, and expectations should reasonably align with the commercial nature of the platform.

Ownership Transfer Awareness

Ownership transfer is not included automatically with standard purchases.

Eligible ownership transfer requests may be handled through separate marketplace procedures involving platform review, vendor participation, negotiation, and dedicated agreement handling.

Marketplace Conduct

Professional seller conduct is expected.

Vendors should avoid conduct involving:

  • Fraudulent Activity
  • Marketplace Abuse
  • Misrepresentation
  • Harassment
  • Licensing Deception
  • Manipulative Marketplace Practices
  • Improper Use of Platform Systems

Product Review & Moderation

Tacticool Art may review, moderate, approve, restrict, suspend, reject, modify, or remove products, listings, or related marketplace participation where reasonably necessary.

Marketplace review may consider quality, originality, licensing concerns, integrity issues, operational considerations, policy compliance, or related factors.

Seller Cooperation

Vendors may be asked to cooperate with applicable platform procedures involving:

  • Listing Review
  • Integrity Review
  • Licensing Clarification
  • Ownership Transfer Handling
  • Marketplace Investigation
