This license is designed to provide buyers with commercially usable digital artwork while maintaining licensing clarity, creator rights, and marketplace integrity.
Products distributed under the Tacticool Art Commercial License are intended for commercial and professional use according to the applicable license terms.
Commercial License products may be available under Non-Exclusive or Exclusive licensing models depending on the product category and marketplace settings.
The applicable license model will be identified through the product listing, category, or associated licensing information.
Subject to the applicable license terms, buyers may generally use licensed products for:
Permitted usage remains subject to the restrictions described in this license and any product-specific licensing conditions.
Buyers may modify, adapt, customize, combine, resize, recolor, or otherwise transform purchased products for permitted commercial purposes.
Modified usage does not transfer ownership of the original artwork, source material, or creator rights.

Tacticool Art uses a platform-managed licensing framework.
Vendors select the applicable product category or licensing model, while Tacticool Art administers the corresponding buyer-facing licensing terms across the marketplace.
Unless expressly permitted by the applicable license or separate written agreement, buyers may not:
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their intended use complies with applicable laws, regulations, trademarks, publicity rights, and third-party intellectual property considerations.
Tacticool Art does not guarantee that a purchased design is automatically cleared for trademark registration, patent use, regulatory approval, or unrestricted commercial deployment in every jurisdiction.
Commercial License products may be offered under either Non-Exclusive or Exclusive licensing structures.
Non-Exclusive products may be sold to multiple buyers.
Exclusive products are intended for one buyer only and may be subject to additional protections, restrictions, and marketplace integrity rules.

Ownership transfer is not included by default with Commercial License purchases.
Where eligible, ownership transfer requests may be available through a separate process involving platform review, vendor approval, negotiated terms, and a dedicated written agreement.
Unauthorized redistribution, resale, misuse, misrepresentation, infringement, or other violations of this Commercial License may result in enforcement action.
Tacticool Art may investigate suspected violations and may apply corrective measures, restrictions, account action, or other remedies where appropriate.
