Platform Updates

Exclusive Product Protection System

At Tacticool Art, we are continuously improving our platform to strengthen license protection, marketplace integrity, and buyer confidence. As part of this commitment, we have introduced several important updates related to Exclusive products.

Auto Recovery System

The platform now includes an automatic stock recovery mechanism.

If a product's stock reaches zero but the related transaction does not reach a Completed status, the system will automatically restore the stock after a short period of time. This helps prevent lost sales caused by failed payments, canceled transactions, or abandoned checkouts.

Exclusive Product Auto Lock

Exclusive products sold through the marketplace are now automatically protected by our Auto Lock system.

Once an Exclusive transaction is completed, vendors can no longer:

  • Delete the product
  • Modify the product SKU
  • Change the product identity
  • Replace the main preview image
  • Modify licensing-related information
  • Alter historical product records

Vendors may still update purchased file attachments when necessary to provide corrections, improvements, or updated deliverables to buyers.

Permanent License Ownership Records

Every Exclusive sale is now preserved as a permanent record within the platform.

The system maintains historical information including:

  • Vendor information
  • Product information
  • SKU records
  • Artwork previews
  • Transaction records
  • License ownership records

This allows Tacticool Art to verify ownership history, protect legitimate buyers, support dispute resolution, and maintain reliable licensing records whenever verification is required.

Responsibility for External Exclusive Sales

Vendors who sell Exclusive artworks outside of Tacticool Art are responsible for immediately removing or disabling the corresponding product listing from the marketplace.

This policy helps prevent:

  • Duplicate sales
  • Exclusive license conflicts
  • Ownership disputes
  • Buyer claims and complaints

Please note that the Auto Recovery System may restore product availability when no completed transaction exists within the platform. Therefore, products sold externally must be manually removed or disabled by the vendor to ensure exclusive ownership remains protected.
